Our Infant Program gives you the opportunity to foster relationships with children 6 weeks to 15 months old. Each day is filled with infants learning more about the world around them through song and dance, tummy time, first steps, color exploration, sensory activities, and so much more! There is always something new to discover with our little ones.
Your Role
Assist Infant Teacher in executing developmentally appropriate group or one-on-one activities
Provide a fun and safe classroom environment
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Observe and communicate children's developmental progress on a daily basis
Collaborate with other educators
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Be patient and kind to children
Other duties as assigned
Your Skills/Qualifications
Must be 18+ years old
1+ years of previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
High School Diploma or GED
CDA Certified or Associates/Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related fields
Excellent understanding of the principles of infant developmental methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and patient demeanor
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Ability to lift 25lbs+
